We provide 11 registered NDIS support classes, ensuring we can meet a wide range of participant needs and goals.
Contact us via phone, email, or referral form to discuss the participant's needs and how we can support them.
Share participant's NDIS plan and support needs (with appropriate consent) to help us understand how we can assist.
We will arrange a consultation with the participant to discuss their needs, goals, and how our services align with their plan.
If suitable, we will create a service agreement outlining the supports we will provide and how we will work together.
Service delivery reports, goal progress updates, participant feedback summaries, plan review support, and incident reporting (if applicable).
Dedicated coordinator contact, regular check-ins, responsive communication, collaborative planning, and transparent reporting.
Our team is available to discuss referrals, answer questions, and provide updates on participant services.
