These Terms of Service govern your use of Yara Care's disability support services. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. These terms should be read in conjunction with your Service Agreement, which provides specific details about the services we will provide to you.

We may modify services with your consent or as required by your changing needs, NDIS plan changes, or regulatory requirements. Any significant changes will be discussed with you and documented in your Service Agreement.
Services may be terminated by either party in accordance with your Service Agreement. We will provide reasonable notice of termination (except in cases of safety concerns) and assist with transition arrangements where appropriate.
All services are billed in accordance with NDIS pricing guidelines. Fees are charged directly to your NDIS plan where applicable. We provide transparent billing and regular statements.

To the extent permitted by law, Yara Care's liability is limited to the provision of services in accordance with our Service Agreement and applicable standards. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by NDIS registration requirements.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our service materials remain the property of Yara Care unless otherwise stated.
